◦ We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
◦ Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase - we can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

◦ Baltic region (Latvia, Estonia): 1-3 business days
◦ Rest of the EU: 3-5 business days

Shipping Costs
◦ Lithuania: from €2.50
◦ EU countries: ranges from €3.50 to €15.00
◦ United Kingdom: €18.00 flat rate
◦ Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our homepage or social media for updates.
Tracking & Carriers
We useDPD as our exclusive and trusted shipping partner for all destinations, ensuring a reliable and professional delivery experience. In addition to home delivery, DPD Parcel Locker delivery is also available for many destinations.
You will receive aDPD tracking numberby email once your order ships, allowing you to follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.
Customs & Duties (for EU and beyond)
All orders within the EU are free from customs duties and import taxes. If you order from outside the EU, additional import duties or taxes may apply according to your local laws - these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, strikes, or incorrect addresses. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 20 business days (Europe) or 30 business days (outside Europe), please contact us and we’ll investigate the issue with the carrier.
If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a replacement (if possible) or a refund.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the item. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly through a refund, replacement, or store credit.
